All programs at the Lincoln County Detention Center are structured to create an environment for positive change in the offender's life, so they can better serve the community as productive citizens when released.
Education and Reentry Classes
GED Class
These classes give the individual the opportunity to improve and prepare for their final GED testing to obtain their certificate in hopes that when they leave our facility they will be able to be a productive member of society.
NCRC
The Kentucky National Career Readiness Certificate (KY NCRC) is a proctored assessment based credential that gives employers and job seekers a portable and uniform measure of key workplace skills.
MRT
(Pending) We are working with MRT to begin to offer our inmates a large variety of trainings, services, and counseling that they provide to correctional facilities. Services include, but not limited to; addiction substance abuse, codependency, anger management, mental health and more. We will add more information as we have it.
Drug Classes/Recovery
Celebrate Recovery
(Pending) We are currently working with the regional CR director for Hope Network to find out the best way to bring this program to our inmates through CR on the inside. We will update with details soon.

Religious Services
Our LCRJ Chaplain team offer church services 3 times a week. We are a team compiled of multiple denominations and beliefs, all working towards teh same goal.
